How to improve listening skills

They are number of people who unable to get 9 bands in Ielts listening because:-
1. People are unable to hear the listening audio.
2. They are unable to writing answer .
3. They are lacking focus on listening question and headlines.
4. They are writing more what’s without reading instructions .
5. They are confuse easily and waste their time on missing answer. This also impact on another answer because they miss one by one all answers. Apart from that this is happen, mostly those candidates who are lack of practice and having a lot of pressure from their parents and their colleagues.
6. Sometime candidate right incorrect answer because they forget the numbers. For example, one candidate write fourth answer on third one.
7. Some people have not a strong hearing power so that this weakness impact on their scoring because they write a incorrect word on listening, answer sheet.
8. Some candidates are confused in spelling mistakes because they do not focus on spellings and vocabulary.
9. During exam time, I saw the candidates are looking another candidate try to copy, but they don’t know she or he is. Write a correct answers or not.
10. Some Ielts candidates are confused in S or ES because they are confused, think is single or more in numbers
